I believe it is a mixture of sweat and hair spray. I sweat constantly. I have wrecked 3 blouses that I wear to the office as I sweat in the office all day. My work area is 80 degrees.
I wear mostly cotton or cotton blends. My skin reacts to rayon and polyster fabrics.

A lot of my t-shirts have a VERY strong sweat smell in the armpits, even after washing. I have an HE (high-efficiency] washer, which can’t use powder I don’t think. I can only use liquid detergent. I’ve tried spray-on stain remover, vinegar, but nothing works. Anyone know?

Can someone tell me the cause of this condition and how I can control it? Do I have a medical condition here?

And what else will work to get rid of hyperhidrosis??? please help me! and i told my parents i had it but they kinda blew it off and forgot about it-they dont know it is a big problem. i need help reminding them about it but its embarassing. any ideas?

For a 34 year old man, what disease might have symptoms of sudden dizziness, fainting, and profuse sweating from time to time?
Particularly bacterial/viral, as this occurred out of the blue.
Is this the male version of hot flashes? Because I’ve read that those result from prostate cancer surgery, which isn’t an issue.

I heard that hyperhidrosis can be triggered with stress - this being my case. Whenever I am really calm my hands and feet are dry. But, whenever I become nervous they sweat like crazy. This is very embarrassing and uncomfortable. Would stress pills help with this?

I have some fleece tops that have managed to look clean, but when they are worn, don’t smell so great. I also have some cotton shirts with the same problem.

my mom takes a lot of prescribed medicine and wants to know what to do when she suddenly begins to sweat.

so much so, that after a shower she has to wait to apply makeup, and tends to dry off with a towel for twenty to thirty minutes until her system calms down.

same with when she goes to the store. she has to take a handkerchief with her and tends to drips sweat all over the chekout counter.

she is extremely embarassed and would like some help.

I am having problems with hyperhidrosis. I was thinking about going to a dermatologist, instead of a regular family doctor, and was wondering if it was easy to schedule an appointment with them. Also, i was wondering if they are able to help with hyperhidrosis problems or if it would just be a waste of my money and time.

Also, Why does the body feel cooler in moving air than in still air?

I know it has something to do with the fact that heat transfers from hotter to cooler, and heat capacity and phase change. But I really don’t know how to answer these two questions exactly especially the second one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I was wondering if there is a way of getting the sweat stains out of my light colored shirts or a way of stopping the sweat. I use anti-perspirant/deodorant so don’t get cute ppl. I use Degree, it used to work pretty good, but now I perspire quite often under my arms. Even when I am cold.

I have suffered from hyperhidrosis since the age of 12. I used aluminum chloride for 4 years and it worked well, until one day it just quit. Since then I have tried oral medication, other types of antipersperints, and botox 3 times. Nothing seems to help. Surgery is not an option for me. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas in helping me with this daily struggle of hiding my sweat marks. Thanks.
