I was wondering if there is a way of getting the sweat stains out of my light colored shirts or a way of stopping the sweat. I use anti-perspirant/deodorant so don’t get cute ppl. I use Degree, it used to work pretty good, but now I perspire quite often under my arms. Even when I am cold.

I have suffered from hyperhidrosis since the age of 12. I used aluminum chloride for 4 years and it worked well, until one day it just quit. Since then I have tried oral medication, other types of antipersperints, and botox 3 times. Nothing seems to help. Surgery is not an option for me. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas in helping me with this daily struggle of hiding my sweat marks. Thanks.

just about 2 weeks ago my husband has had on and off sweating spells. What does this mean?

I have started to use vinegar in place of fabric softener in my wash cycle, and thought I had heard before that it will also remove perspiration stains. I was curious about this, as well as blood stains.

I have had a cold since Sunday (today is is Thursday). The past couple of nights I have woken up in the middle of the night (1 or 2am) SOAKED in perspiration. I have changed pajamas and gone back to sleep and woken up fine in the morning. Is this just my body’s way of killing the cold virus? Should I be concerned?

I got botox injected to treat my hyperhidrosis two weeks ago. It has decreased the sweating a bit, but I still sweat a lot from my hands. Is this treatment not that effective, or does it take longer for the full effect to start working?

I have problems with profuse constant sweating where it drips all down my face,wets my hair,and dampens my shirt. I even live on the east coast where it’s not to hot.On summer days I want to hide in a air conditioned box all day. On winter days I also continue to sweat. My weight is completely normal for my height,I take no medication, and have no other medical problems. Besides just feeling gross, the worst thing about this is that I’m in my 20’s and it is incredibly embarrassing to go on a date with a girl. I have to constantly wipe my face off with a paper towel (I have to actually stuff my pockets with as much paper towel as I can fit whenever I go out.) Definitely not very attractive. It has nothing to do with nervousness since I am completely comfortable and get this problem whether on a date or just sitting at my PC.My father has the same issue and uses towels every day.Its awful going out with friends and being the only one totally soaked in sweat. Any way to reduce it? help

I’m 15, and male. I don’t smell, it’s just a lot of sweat from my armpits. It’s almost un natural I begin to sweat even when it’s not warm and i just end up with massive patches under my pits. This stops me from buying/wearing clothes I would like to. Anyone got any tips on how to stop this?
