Does anyone have tips on how I can control my sweating?
I am slightly overweight so weight is not a big issue. I have never had this problem before. It is ruining all of my shirts and undershirts and makes me not even want to go out in public beacuse of my dang pit stains. Please help!!
Wow you people are mean, I am 24, 100pounds and I sweat a lot. You people don’t have to be so mean and blame it all on weight. I can tell you Certain Dri is wonderful, This is what i us and with in days sweating was gone. It will take some days but it will work. All you do it us it at night and there you go. They do have day time stuff to it is Certain Dri day time or something like that. You can get it all most any store. I only use the one for night and it does great.
Good Luck
I’m not trying to sound cruel or mean ok? But seriously if you want to get it under control, lose weight and wear secret deodorant.
Someone invented something called this:
Deodorant
– Please wear it.. and yes weight DOES have to do with how u sweat.. the more u are the more u sweat .. the less you are the less u sweat
I believe that if you go to the doctor…they can actually perscribe a medication strength deoderant that’s much stronger than those you find on the typical deoderant shelf.
maybe you can exercise indoors and take a breck every min so you will cool down without sweat
Botox injection is often what I hear that works. From what I read yesterday, it would take several months till you would need another session of botox injections on your armpits or any part where you sweat a lot. A patient said you won’t even need deos once you had botox injected on your armpits.
You can try it.
If that’s you in the pic you are more than "slightly" overweight. If it’s you in the pic you are middle age and better watch out as the profuse sweating may be a sign of impending heart-attack. Change your diet, eat lots of fruit and drink fruit juices. If your blood is loaded with fats it makes it harder to pump and will make you sweat. Rayon shirts don’t show pit stains like cotton, and be sure your clothes are loose-fitting. In the pic your collar is way too tight around that pork on your neck. Good luck!
stop drinking booz!

Theres a product I believe called Activ-dri that helps reduce sweating. It is applied at night and is left on until morning then use regular deodarent. It really works to reduce sweating and you will notice you wont have as many ruined shirts after a couple weeks of use.
Yea, exercise and that controls it….. Not at the time it doesn’t but after a shower then sweat is only half as much a problem.
