Two ways.

1.Exercise more.
2.Masturbate, while you do it you release sweat, soon it will release less.

I have prescription antiperspirant. You apply it before you go to sleep so it can work effectively. You're not supposed to apply it before you get dressed in the morning.
Because you apply it in the evening, there shouldn't be this issue of "staining clothing."

The way you sweat is also genetic, so if your mom and grandmother are heavy sweaters, chances are that's where you got it from.

Secret and Dove both respectively make clinical-strength deodorants that you can buy over the counter without a prescription. They work the same as a prescription.

Hey, those 2 guys are stupid.

Anyways, I have the exact same problem! ( except that I am not a marathon runner), but I sweat A LOT. I heard that sodium bicarbonate works, though I never tried it.

I think that this depends of our metabolism.

Anyway, I hope that you find a solution.

Cheers :)

EDIT: I meant the first 2 guys who answered, not the ones after them.

No offence taken, I hope :)

First see your doctor and determine if you just sweat what you think is a lot, or if you have a condition called Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) which occurs in about 1/20 people. This website explains what hyperhidrosis is, how to treat it, etc. There's just too much info that I can't fit it into this little answer. http://www.sweating.ca/index.html
If you use prescription deodorants at night you're not going to stain your nice clothes. Botox, in my opinion, is never worth it. It's poison (botulism). However, botulinum toxin type A injections have been approved by the FDA.
Hopefully you find something helpful. Good luck :)
