I have palmar hyperhidrosis but my hands are not cold instead they are hot?
A lot of people that have palmar hyperhidrosis have their hands cold. I dont instead my hands are so clammy and hot. So is there anyone else that has hot hands too.

The only reason people think they get cold is when its cool out or AC is on and the sweat just cools on your skin. Your hands with HH will generally always be hot, clammy and wet.
Other than that, they might just have a cold sweat and not HH.
Wow , I have the same thing but my hands are never hot unless i feel hot. but they are warm right now. Maybe its the tempreture. Im in Hs and my hands are always swaety its so embarasing. my doctor gave me a antipesperant called Drysol though, you put it on your hands at night then wash it off it made my hands stop sweating. its a pain to use but it works. I dont think your hot hands are a big problem Because mine get hot and cold too.
