Your hands with HH will generally always be hot, clammy and wet. Other than that, they might just have a cold sweat and not HH. Maybe its the tempreture. Im in Hs and my hands are always swaety its so embarasing. my doctor gave me a antipesperant called Drysol though, you put it on your hands at night then wash it off it made my hands stop sweating. its a pain to use but it works.
