Ridiculous profuse sweating during work out — Does it mean something?
I have sweated alot HOWEVER during these last three workouts on the treadmill eliptical I have burst into buckets of sweat within the first 3 or 4 minutes of movement.
I have been working out regularly (3-5 times a week) and sweating regularly for the last 2 and 1/2 weeks. Does this huge increase in perspiration signify something new is actually going with my body? - Like that I may actually start losing weight or is nothing.
But
A trainer once told me that sweating is good. It means your body is getting used to the exertion and cooling you properly.

Yes, sweating is good. It means that your body is getting used to the exertion and cooling you properly and burning the extra fat in your body.
Try to use your head band and a towel on you neck, it helps a lot!! that’s good, your body is washing itselg from inside out. Keep the good work………don’t forget you water!!! now is more needed than ever!!!!!!!!!!
