I was recently diagnosed as Vitamin D deficient and am now taking supplements, but I was wondering if my symptoms: profuse sweating (esp. on my face), depressed moods, and irregular menstrual cycles could be something else?
I know this sounds gross but I seem to over heat a lot and although I dont smell, its really embarassing. Is there any supplements I can take? Are there any ways to modify my diet so that I dont sweat as much? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You!
