What are some tips on preventing perspiration?
I’ve tried nearly every deodorant on the market, but I still perspire alot. I have no problem with odor but the perspiration is very bad. Any tips on this? Thanks.

I have a different view. Sweating is a good thing even though our society sees it as gross. Most people use deodorant & it blocks the pours which can lead to breast cancer. I found a natural deodorant that really works on odor and helps a little w/ perspiration. It is called a crystal stick and you can get it at super supplements, fred meyer or any quality supplement store or online. It lasts forever. I have had mine for over a year now. When you get out of the shower don’t dry your armpits as the crystal is dry - the moisture helps to rub it on. You may want to give this a shot. Here is a website w/ some information for you.

where in your arms head hands or just everywhere you can try Dry touch its pretty effective
There is something you can get called Drysol. Ask the pharamcist about it, and if you buy it, follow the directions. It can sting a little though. Its topical, meaning its a cream… not something you take orally.
Be very careful about taking anything orally, as sweating gets rid of toxins… you need to sweat a little.
Another thing you can try, take a bath with baking soda in it. As well sprinkle some on your soap as you wash your arm pits. It may help a little.

As has all ready been said, there is a topical medication called Drysol. It works very, very effectively, but the stinging, burning, and itching is a down side.
You put drysol on at night before going to bed and wash it off in the morning. You can then use whatever deodorant/antiperspirant that you want, mostly for the smell as the Drysol will keep you completely dry for 2, 3, or maybe even 4 days at a time.
