Cotton shirts breathe easiest, try dark colors or shirts with patterns. Anti-perspirent deoderant is a must.

if you sweat from under your arms, you should try a product called, "Certain Dry".

It can be bought at Target for just as much as any other antiperspirant. It has a stronger chemical in it that does work very well!

I used it in highschool when I had that problem (hyperhydrosis).

PS. There are also surgical solutions that range from $2,000-5,000. They've been doing it for like 25 years now, and it's permanent and successful!

Good luck

Light colored clothes are the best. My mother and I have fought this problem all our lives. Our doctor keeps telling us that we are lucky because our bodies are doing a better job in removing toxins. Yeah, right! Should I tell this to everyone I meet? no! You can try powder with corn starch. Also, it is recommended that you occasionally switch deoderants because the body gets "used " to it. Try experimenting with them. If you have certain "hotspots" where you sweat alot, try deoderant there. I knew one woman who put deoderant on her hands due to sweaty palms. There isn't much else except keep your clothes loose and try to keep cool. Drink plenty of fluids, especially water. This helps to keep your "inner" body cool.
